1 All lots are sold to the highest bidder.

2 Bids of less than the reserve will not be accepted.

3 You may bid on as many lots as you wish but they must be on one of our bidding forms and will be recorded by date of arrival at our office. Bids may be sent in by post, fax or E-mail, bids by telephone will only be accepted from established customers after prior arrangement.

4 Lots are sold by steps, as listed below. In the case of two equal bids the first bidder by date will get priority.

5 Bids of unusual amounts will be reduced to the nearest step

6 Buy bids are not accepted.

7 Invoices to be paid and cleared in full prior to dispatch.

8 Payment ,in £'s Sterling only, must be received at our office by the date stated on your invoice in the form of a cheque or postal orders, made payable to ‘R.A.Joyce’. Cash must be sent by recorded delivery, proof of posting is not proof of receipt.  

9 No additions to the hammer price will be made with the exception of postage and packing. Small lots will be sent by recorded delivery, larger lots by Parcel Force

10 Bidders not satisfied with their purchases may return them within 7 days of receipt stating reasons for return. Collections and bulk lots are not returnable under any conditions.

11 The auctioneer’s decision is final in all matters.
