Please complete the supplied entry form for any material you send to us,
extra copies are available or photocopy
the original if you wish.

You have the option to write your own description(s) for material you
submit to us for entry into our auction(s) together with your own reserve,
or allow us to do the descriptions and reserve for you. There is a charge
of £1 per lot should you wish us to describe the material you submit to
us. Please tick the appropriate box on the entry form; failure
to do so will incur the lotting fee.

Estate lots need not be accompanied by a completed entry form but must
have the sender’s name, address and telephone number included with the
material.

All material submitted to us for auction will be compared to any
description(s) submitted with the material for accuracy.
5 Receipts for goods
received will be sent once the material has been looked at and verified.

We reserve the right to alter or amend any descriptions submitted by a
vendor if we decide it to be inaccurate or to lengthy.
7 We will not
adjust any reserves submitted by a vendor without prior consultation.
8 Unsold
material will be entered into future auctions, not neccessarily
sequential, until sold
or
requested by the vendor to be returned.
9 Onus will be on the
vendor to provide guarantee of authenticity if required.

Vendors will be paid as soon as revenue for their sold material has been
received and cleared less 10% commission.
11 The vendor will be
liable for postage and packing on any and all material returned to them.

Lots withdrawn once submitted will incur a fee of £2.50p or 5% of the
reserve whichever is the greater and will also be liable for any postage
or carriage costs incurred.

Charity lots will be sold free of commission charges provided we make
payment directly to the recognized charity nominated, a fee of £1 will be
levied to cover printing and handling charges at the auctioneers discretion.
14 The auctioneers decision is final in all
matters.
